Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Free. Estimated total delivery time is 6–13 business days, including processing.
• Express Shipping: US$7.99. Estimated total delivery time is 5–11 business days, including processing.

Shipping options are available for the United States and international destinations supported at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, and address issues may affect delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s first tracking scan to appear.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges not collected during checkout.

Customs processing may extend delivery times. Available shipping services and rates depend on the destination entered during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing an order. If you notice an error, contact support@montelven.com immediately.

We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
