Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@montelven.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Eligible returns from the United States receive return instructions from our team. If a prepaid label is provided, its terms will be confirmed before shipment. For returns from outside the United States, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with photos if an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards, items marked final sale, and items that show signs of wear or alteration cannot be returned except where required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error.
