Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping options

• Standard Shipping: free — estimated total delivery time of 6–13 business days, including processing.
• Express Shipping: US$7.99 — estimated total delivery time of 5–11 business days, including processing.

These options are available for United States and international destinations supported at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and address issues may affect delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

International orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
